Do you work with buyers on vacation homes and short-term rentals? +
Yes - and knowing the nuances matters. Short-term and vacation rentals often sit in resort or HOA communities with specific lender requirements, and rental income can be used to qualify through DSCR programs. We have experience with Kissimmee-area property requirements.
